This rock climbing gym offers drop-in programs for first-timers, where you’ll learn the basics of a safe climb and get an all-day pass to work on your skills. Orientations run on a first-come first-served basis, so it’s best to call ahead to make sure they can accommodate you.

The Edmonton Public Library is a rainy day’s secret weapon. Not only is it full of books, movies, video games, music and audiobooks, it is host to a huge number of programs for people of all ages and abilities.
