DESCRIPTION:With \nFunk Cove\, Radio Receiver & Megan Lange \nThe Beating Hearts are an indie rock band hailing from Edmonton\, Canada. The band features:  (drums\, percussion\, and vocals) and Jonathan Bieniada(saxophone and keys). The band used to be a four piece with former members Madi Myhre on bass and Tim Stewart on Guitar. Nowadays Johnny and Kelmer play with session musicians. \nDrawing inspiration from the psychedelic sounds of iconic artists like \, \, and . Their music is a vibrant blend of retro and contemporary elements\, energetic live performances\, and feel good music! \n first formed the band in the year of 2022\, which originally included 5 members at the time. The band was previously called ‘Kelmer & The Beating Hearts’ with the hit single . After the debut performance had concluded\, the band was quickly praised in many ways for their energetic\, quirky\, and strong stage presence. Leaving the audience excited and only wanting more! The set-list included a variety of songs stemming from Kelmer’s own original music to covering the works of  and . It also featured  on lead vocals\, a local upcoming artist in the area.
